"DONC" ... (in hommage to Terry Riley) : it was Terry's favorite "french" word and a kind of mantra to get success in cooking Indian food ; (tandoori chicken with coconut milk, dal, paneer, dada samosas, curd, parotas, puri, brinjals "en robe de chambre", mango pickles, chutney, etc.)
